Terms of Service for discord bot Rimi-Chan.

Rimi-Chan (“us,” “we,” or “our”) owns and operates Rimi-Chan Discord Bot (the “Service”). Rimi-Chan Discord Bot functions on Discord (the “Platform”). By using our service you implicitly agree to our terms. You may stop using the service at any time if you no longer agree to these terms.

SERVICE TERMS

• We reserve the right to revoke access to the Service at any time for any reason.

• While using the Service, you also agree to obey the rules of the Platform - Discord Terms and Discord Guideline.

• We reserve the right to monitor and moderate the trading system. Any inappropriate or illegal behavior will result in a ban from the bot.

• Your use of the Service is expected to remain as a virtual entertainment. We are not responsible for any real-life or virtual damages caused by your use of the Service.

• Any use of the Service for any illegal and/or malicious behavior may result in revoking your rights to the Service.

• As a condition of using our service, users are prohibited from creating or using more than one account, and any violations of this policy may result in account suspension or termination at our discretion.

• We are not responsible for any malicious use of the Service done by others.

• Trades cannot involve real-life money or currency of any kind.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Service includes a collection of series, characters, and images ("Content") that are not owned by us. All rights, title, and interest in the Content remain with their respective owners. We do not claim ownership over any series, characters, or images featured in the Service.

Copyright Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you are the rightful owner of any series, character, or image displayed in the Bot and want to remove their content from our database, please contact Sora via Discord or via Email at [email protected] and provide adequate proof of ownership.

Removal of Content

Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notice, we will promptly review the provided information. If it is determined that you are the rightful owner and the Content infringes upon your intellectual property rights, we will take appropriate action to remove the infringing Content from the Bot database.

About card frame

The character images you see in Rimi are not ours to own. However, we've poured our hearts into creating unique frames just for Rimi-Chan! These frames are our original creations and we're really proud of them. We just wanted to ask that you please don't use or change them without asking us first. Thanks so much for your understanding and cooperation!

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Rimi-Chan Discord bot after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
